Role Overview

The CNO will be the driving force behind our product's evolution, ensuring it meets and exceeds the expectations of our user base. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and refine our product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

• Market Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the nursing sector.

• Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing features, and fostering an environment of rapid iteration and experimentation.

• User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-first approach in product development, closely collaborating with the design team to craft experiences that meet the nuanced needs of our users.

• Data Analytics: Leverage data to inform product decisions, utilizing analytics, KPIs, and user feedback to guide strategy and improvements.

• Nursing Background: A strong background in nursing is strongly preferred, providing a deep understanding of our core users' needs and challenges.

• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills, with a prowess for turning data into actionable product insights.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring a diverse team towards achieving shared goals.

• User Experience Focus: A passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with a keen eye for design and usability.

Compensation

• Initial equity award of 5% upon signing a part-time contract, with the potential for additional equity based on KPI achievements and board discretion.
